How It Works

  1. Transcript arrives via webhook Fathom, Fireflies, or Otter finishes processing the recording and sends the full transcript to your automation. This happens automatically — no copy-pasting, no file uploads, no switching tabs.
  2. Claude Haiku parses the transcript The transcript gets fed to Claude Haiku 3.5 with a structured extraction prompt. It pulls out: key decisions made, action items with owners, follow-up commitments with deadlines, and overall sentiment. Haiku is used because it handles structured extraction reliably without Sonnet’s price tag.
  3. Structured output pushed to your CRM The extracted data gets formatted and pushed directly to HubSpot or Salesforce via API. Contact records, deal notes, and next steps — all updated in real time. No more empty CRM fields.
  4. Draft follow-up email generated and queued Based on the call content, a follow-up email is drafted and placed in your review queue. It references specific things discussed, confirms action items, and suggests next steps. You review it, edit if needed, and send.
