How It Works

1. Scheduled trigger fires at 6 AM A cron job or automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier) kicks off the workflow on your schedule. No buttons to press. No apps to open.
2. API pulls your data from three sources Google Calendar events for the day. Gmail priority inbox — unread threads that matter. Slack channel highlights from overnight. Each pull takes about 2–3 seconds.
3. Gemini 2.5 Flash synthesizes it all The raw data gets passed to Gemini with a structured prompt. It outputs a clean brief: today’s priorities, meeting prep notes, action items that need your attention, and anything urgent that came in overnight. Flash is used because this is a low-complexity task — no reason to pay for a bigger model.
4. Formatted and delivered to your phone The brief gets pushed via SMS, email, or Slack DM — whichever you prefer. It’s waiting for you when you pick up your phone. Total cost per run: less than a tenth of a penny.
